Common questions

Is Bobo free?

Yes. The core notebook (feedings with AI predictions, milestones, history, live timers and widgets, for up to two children) is free, forever. Premium unlocks full sleep tracking, patterns, medicine logs and custom reminders.

Is Bobo available on Android?

Not yet. Bobo is currently iPhone-only. Join the Android waitlist on our homepage and we’ll email you the day it ships.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Bobo → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all data from our servers. You can also email us and we’ll do it for you.

Are the AI predictions medical advice?

No. Predictions are gentle estimates based on the rhythm you’ve logged. They’re a helping hand, not a diagnosis. Always follow your pediatrician’s guidance.

Can my partner and I log together?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on both iPhones and every entry syncs between you. The 3 a.m. bottle one of you logs is already in the other’s notebook by breakfast.

Does Bobo work without internet?

Yes. Entries save on your phone even with no connection, through a flight or a weekend off-grid, and everything syncs automatically the moment you’re back online. Timers keep running the whole time.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email us from your account address and we’ll send you a full export of your entries. Your data is yours, and that includes taking it with you.

Which languages does Bobo speak?

English, Polish, German, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. Spotted a phrase that reads oddly? Tell us. A human translates every line, and we love corrections.
