Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Who may use Bobo

Bobo is intended for adults: parents and legal guardians. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bobo on Apple devices that you own or control, for your family’s personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Your account & your content

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. The entries you create (logs, notes, photos) remain yours. You grant us only the limited technical license needed to store, sync, and display them back to you. We claim no other rights to your content.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Bobo offers an auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly or yearly, the yearly plan with a free trial) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Prices may vary by region and may change; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

5. Not medical advice

Bobo is a tracking and journaling tool. Its content (including AI predictions, typical-norms comparisons, milestone lists, and articles) is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child’s health, and never delay seeking medical care because of something shown in the app. If you believe your child needs urgent care, contact emergency services immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Bobo: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no attempts to access other users’ data, no unlawful content, and no use of the service to harm others.

7. Intellectual property

The Bobo app, name, design, and content (except your entries) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Bobo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in respect of consumers’ statutory rights.

9. Apple-specific terms

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Bobo and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or IP claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government restricted-parties list.

10. Termination

You may stop using Bobo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
